First step is to head over to our Contact Page and either fill out our contact form or give us a call so we can begin the discovery chat to get to know you and your project details. Don't worry it's a fairly simple, no-obligation step, we promise.

Planning & Consultation
Following Step 1—the discovery call—we will set up a time to get together in-person at a place and time that is convenient for you. Here, we'll discuss the project in greater detail, determine the best course of action, and establish a solid plan for moving forward, including expectations, timelines and pricing.

Progress
When appropriate, we'll provide progress reports along the way so you are involved and up to speed throughout the process, so you can feel free to ask any questions.

Completion & Delivery
Once all agreed-upon milestones and deliverables have been met, we will go over the project with you one final time for quality control, we'll complete the final handover and issue the final invoice.
